Start by creating your ICSolutions account. Video visits are scheduled through the ICSolutions website - not by calling the facility. Fill out every field carefully so your visitor profile is ready to go. Already have a GTL Visitor ID from the old GTL system? Enter it during registration. That one piece of information can speed up the approval process.

Tip: When you register your ICSolutions account, enter your GTL Visitor ID if you have one - IDOC recommends it to expedite approval.

Reminder: All video visits must be scheduled through the ICSolutions website. Do not call the facility to schedule a video visit.

Before picking a time slot, know the limits. An individual in custody can receive only one video visit per day - if someone else already booked that day, choose a different date. There's also a weekly cap: two video visits per week maximum. Visits that happen while they're in restrictive housing still count toward that same two-visit limit.
