Who to Call When You Have Questions About Someone at Robinson

ICSolutions handles most phone-call and billing questions. Friends and family can set up an ICSolutions prepaid account to cover calls from someone in custody. One thing to know if you're switching from Securus to ICSolutions: your Securus Advance Connect balance won't transfer automatically. If you still have money in a Securus account, you'll need to deal with that separately while setting up your new ICSolutions prepaid account.

ICSolutions phone support: For collect or prepaid collect information and support, call 888-506-8407.

For victim-related questions handled through the Illinois Department of Corrections, contact the IDOC Victim Services Unit at (217) 558-2200 ext. 4006 or toll-free (877) 776-0755, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

How Use

  • Call ICSolutions at 888-506-8407 for collect or prepaid collect phone information.

Calling about a leftover Securus Advance Connect balance? Mention that upfront. During the Securus-to-ICSolutions transition, friends-and-family balances don't move over automatically. You'll need to handle your Securus balance separately from your new ICSolutions prepaid account.
