You'll handle registration, scheduling, and account setup through ICSolutionsânot by calling the facility. When you register, adding your old GTL Visitor ID can help speed approval. Video visits must be scheduled at least seven days in advance and won't be scheduled during institutional count from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
