Saguaro Jail uses Western Union / Send2Corrections for adding funds. You'll need the inmate's commissary number and their first and last name, entered exactly as the facility's example shows. On the Send2Corrections website or mobile app, pay with a credit or debit card. You can also start the transaction online, generate an MTCN, and pay later in-store. Like many Arizona facilities, deposits go through third-party services online, by phone, or at on-site kiosks—enter an inmate identifier and your payment details. Funds typically post to an authorized account for commissary purchases, phone use, or other approved needs.

When sending money by lockbox mail, addressing matters. Use the person's last name, first name, and commissary number on the address line. The commissary number is a 6–7 digit number — not an "A" number. Double-check you have the right ID before mailing.

The approval process starts with the inmate, not you. Your loved one needs to submit a visiting list that includes your full name, address, phone number, Social Security number, and date of birth. Once submitted, the facility sends the list to the Hawaii Department of Public Safety for an NCIC background check. Hawaii DPS returns the results to Saguaro's Security office, where your approval gets decided.
Planning a visit gets easier once you know the schedule. At Saguaro, on-site visits for general population inmates run Friday through Monday. Tuesday is reserved for Special Management inmates—Segregation, SHIP, and P.C.—so if your loved one falls into one of those categories, that's your day.
