Idaho DOC accepts money orders and cashier's checks for commissary deposits. Don't send cash or personal checks. Make the payment payable to the resident and include their IDOC number so it gets credited to the right account. A format that works: Pay to the order of: Resident First Last. Memo or notes line: IDOC #123456.

To send money online, IDOC directs families to Access Corrections. Start there for current deposit options and step-by-step instructions.

Commissary goods inside Idaho DOC facilities come through Keefe Commissary Network. This determines what items are available and how weekly ordering works for residents.

  • Order through Access SecurePak online (Access SecurePak catalog site)
  • Order by phone: 1-800-546-6283
  • Order by mail: Access SecurePak, PO Box 50028, Sparks, NV 89435-0028
  • Payment options listed for the program: credit/debit card, cashier’s check, or money order
  • Package program restriction listed by IDOC: individuals who owe cost of supervision fees are not allowed to participate (this restriction is lifted for November, December, and January)

Note: Saguaro Correctional Center (SCC) is operated by CoreCivic, so procedures for sending money can differ from Idaho DOC-run facilities. Verify SCC’s local rules before you send funds so your payment does not get delayed or rejected.
