Mailing Letters and Photos to Someone at SCI Albion: Using Smart Communications

General (non-privileged) mail to SCI Albion goes to Smart Communications, the Pennsylvania DOC's mail vendor. Send it to: P.O. Box 33028, St. Petersburg, FL 33733. This central processing address handles regular correspondence for all PA DOC facilities, including SCI Albion.
Don’t skip the institution name: Include “SCI Albion” on the envelope along with the Smart Communications address so it’s routed correctly.
Addressing

Photos can go in with your letter, but there are limits. You can send up to 25 photos per mailing - any more than that, and you'll need to split them into separate envelopes. Watch what's in the images, too. Anything obscene, sexually explicit, or showing nudity will likely get rejected.
Send copies, not originals: Photos can’t be returned to you, and original photos are securely destroyed after 45 days.
