Where to Find Your Pennsylvania DOC Video Visit Link (and What to Do If You Can't)

Your Pennsylvania DOC video visit URL shows up in two places. First, check the automated confirmation email you received when the visit was scheduled. The same URL is also in your Inmate Visitation System (IVS) visitor account. Sign in, go to Upcoming Visits, and you'll see your scheduled visit listed with the URL you need to join.

On Android, you have a few options. If you're already signed in to IVS, open Upcoming Visits and tap the

1. Check IVS first. Sign in to your IVS visitor account and open Upcoming Visits. The video visit URL is listed on the upcoming visit entry.
2. Search your email for the automated confirmation. Look for the confirmation message from when the visit was scheduled, and check your spam or junk folder too.
3. Make sure you’re within the join window. You can only enter up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Trying earlier can look like a missing or broken link when the real issue is timing.

Setting up or troubleshooting a professional video visit? Call the SCI where the person is housed and ask for the Superintendent's Assistant. They coordinate visit times and add first-time professional visitors into the Inmate Visitation System. Have this information ready when you call: your name, agency, category, email address, agency address, and phone number. This saves back-and-forth and helps get your professional visit set up correctly.

Using the URL from your confirmation email is the simplest option. It takes you straight into the correct Zoom meeting and auto-fills the Meeting ID. You may still need to enter your name or email address before joining. Manual entry (typing the Meeting ID and Password into the Zoom app) works too, but leaves more room for typos.
