Visitation at SCI Retreat is scheduled through Pennsylvania's Inmate Visitation System (IVS) using a Keystone login. The PA DOC supports both in-person and video visits. Before you can book anything, you need to be on the inmate's authorized visitor list. Adults set up their own IVS/Keystone account, while minors are added under a parent or guardian. Any child participating in a visit must have a completed DC-313 form present. When creating your account, your name, date of birth, and address are checked against the approved list, so make sure everything matches exactly. Inaccurate details can delay scheduling. Plan for screening on arrival: all visitors and vehicles are subject to search and metal detection. Your vehicle must be locked and secured, and there is no waiting area on facility grounds.

To connect, you'll typically create a visitor account with the approved vendor, complete identity verification, request a connection to the incarcerated person, then wait for facility approval and scheduling. For funds and commissary purchases, SCI Retreat relies on JPay. You can deposit money through the JPay website, by phone, by money order to JPay, or at lobby kiosks in the prison.
