Visitation

Visiting someone at SCORE Jail is done entirely online through Securus. You'll need to register with your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address before booking. Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and no more than seven days ahead. Same-day visits aren't allowed. Each video visit runs in a 25-minute block on a strict clock. If you connect late, you only get the remaining time, and the session won't restart. Regular video visiting windows run Sunday through Saturday, 08:00AM to 05:30PM and 07:00PM to 09:30PM. Keep in mind that visits can be temporarily canceled for safety concerns, lockdowns, or other operational reasons. Follow SCORE's dress code and video rules closely. Violations (including contraband, smoking, or vaping) can lead to suspended privileges, fines, or even prosecution.

Communication

SCORE Jail doesn't accept incoming calls to inmates. Instead, people in custody place outbound calls through Securus, and you can set up a prepaid account to fund those calls. For video visits, you'll register, schedule, and connect through the Securus portal. One important note: Securus warns against joining scheduled Video Connect sessions using Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Use a different supported browser for the smoothest connection. A vendor account is required for video visits and other digital services, and all sessions are recorded. If a lockdown cancels your session, Securus will notify you and you can reschedule through the portal.

For online deposits, go to www.TouchPayDirect.com with the inmate's full name, the correct state and facility, and the Inmate ID Number. Phone deposits are available at 1-866-232-1899 after you set up a TouchPay account online. If you prefer paying in person, Cash Express accepts walk-in cash deposits.
