Seminole County Jail gives you several ways to add money to an inmate account. Online deposits go through AccessCorrections.com using a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card - or you can call to make the same deposit by phone. If you're local, kiosks in Release Control and the Main Lobby accept cash plus Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. Prefer to pay cash somewhere else? CashPayToday.com (enrollment required) and ACE Cash Express both work. You can also mail a money order, but it must include a completed Money Order Deposit Form sent to the Secure Deposits address below.

Online deposits go through AccessCorrections.com. The site accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, making this one of the fastest options if you've got your card ready.

Prefer the phone? Call 1-866-345-1884 to make a deposit. Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted.

You can make in-person deposits at kiosks in Release Control and the Main Lobby. Both accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard credit/debit cards - use whatever's easiest.

Hours reminder: The Main Lobby entrance kiosk is available for deposits from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Need to pay cash but can't get to the jail? Two walk-in options work: CashPayToday.com (enroll online or call 1-844-340-2274 to find nearby locations) and ACE Cash Express (or call 1-877-223-2274). Both route your cash payment directly to the inmate account deposit system.

Mailing a money order? You'll need to include a completed Money Order Deposit Form. Send both to: Secure Deposits – Seminole County, PO BOX 12486, St Louis, Missouri 63132. Skip the form and your deposit might not process correctly - double-check everything before you mail it.

  1. Complete the Money Order Deposit Form - fill it out fully so the deposit can be matched to the correct inmate account.
  2. Prepare the money order - make sure you’re sending a money order (not a personal or business check).
  3. Mail both together - send the money order and completed form to: Secure Deposits – Seminole County, PO BOX 12486, St Louis, MO 63132.

Here's the refund rule: once funds hit an inmate's account, they won't be returned. The only exception is releasing funds to an attorney or bail agent for posting bond. Confirm you've got the right inmate information and deposit method before you submit.

  • Social Security income checks are not accepted as deposits.
  • Foreign drafts are not accepted as deposits.
  • Personal checks and business checks are not accepted as deposits.
  • Don’t bring letters, cards, cash, or money orders into visitation - cards and letters must be sent through the mail.

Whichever method you use - online, phone, or kiosk - save your receipt or confirmation immediately. For phone deposits, keep the number (1-866-345-1884) and any transaction details they give you. For kiosk deposits, hold onto the printed receipt. And remember: the Main Lobby entrance kiosk is only available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If something doesn't post as expected, having your payment method, date/time, and confirmation details makes resolving it much easier.

  • Save the online confirmation details for AccessCorrections deposits.
  • Write down the phone deposit number you used (1-866-345-1884) and any transaction details you’re given.
  • Keep the kiosk receipt for any lobby/Release Control deposits.
  • If mailing a money order, keep a copy of the money order and your completed Money Order Deposit Form for your records.
