Sending Money to Someone at South Florida Reception Center Using JPay Money Orders

A JPay money order deposit works well if you'd rather mail a payment than pay online or by phone. JPay accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and certified bank drafts. You don't need to create a JPay account. Fill out the money order and paperwork clearly, send it to the right address, and it gets processed - no login required.

How to Complete

• ✓ Make the money order payable to JPay.
• ✓ Write the incarcerated person’s name and ID on the money order’s memo/“used for” line.
• ✓ Include a copy of your photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) with the deposit.

1. Put the payment packet together - Place the money order and the completed deposit slip (and your ID copy) in the same envelope.
2. Mail it to JPay - Send it to: JPay, PO Box 260010, Hollywood, FL 33026.

You must be on the incarcerated person's Approved Visitors List to send money by money order. If you're not approved yet, handle that first. Otherwise, your deposit won't go through.

Include a copy of your photo ID with the deposit. JPay accepts a driver's license, state ID card, or passport. Make a clear copy and put it in the same envelope as the money order and deposit slip.

JPay processes approved money orders within ten (10) business days of receiving them. Factor that timing into your plans, especially if your loved one needs funds for commissary.
