2. Select the correct facility by choosing “St. Charles County DOC” from the menu.
3. Find your loved one by searching their name or inmate ID, then choose the items you want to purchase.

Securepak orders have their own limit. At St. Charles County DOC, each inmate is capped at $50 every other week through Securepak. If your checkout keeps getting declined or you can't add more items, that spending cap is likely the reason.
