Video Visits at Stanley CI: Costs, No-Show Charges, ID Rules, and How to Avoid a Terminated Visit

Video visits at Stanley CI must be scheduled through ICSolutions. If you try to hop on without scheduling there first, it won't count as a scheduled visit, and you could end up missing your time slot entirely.

The person in custody (PIOC) can have up to three video visits per week and a maximum of 12 per month. There's also a one-visit-per-day limit. Even if you have visits left for the week or month, you can't stack multiple video visits on the same day.

Each video visit costs $2.50. Plan for that charge each time you schedule a session.

Stanley CI charges the $2.50 fee even if someone no-shows, whether that's the PIOC or the visitor. If you're not sure you can make it, sort that out before you schedule so you don't pay for a visit that never happens.

Have a valid state ID ready to show at the start of your video visit. If you can't present it when the session begins, you risk losing the visit entirely.

Up to six visitors can join a video visit. Anyone under 18 must be listed as an additional visitor and accompanied or supervised by an authorized adult visitor during the session.

Termination Conduct

• ✓ Any suspicion of illegal activity
• ✓ Any behavior that would be considered inappropriate or unacceptable in an in-person visiting room setting

If video visit rules aren't followed, the facility may issue a conduct report and can suspend or revoke visiting privileges. This applies to the PIOC and/or the visitor, so keep the session compliant from the moment it starts.

2. Have your valid state ID ready before the visit starts - You will need to show it at the beginning of the session.
3. Treat the video visit like an in-person visit - If something could look like illegal activity, or would be considered inappropriate in the visiting room, the visit can be terminated immediately.
