You'll need to schedule your visit in advance through ICSolutions.com. Pick an available day and time, but do it at least 24 hours ahead. Stark County Jail doesn't allow same-day scheduling.

  • Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time so you can register.
  • Bring proper photo identification that is not expired.

Plan around the weekly limit. Each inmate gets one 30-minute visit per week. Miss your slot, and you'll likely have to wait until the following week.

Keep your group small. Stark County Jail limits each visit to two visitors total, and that count includes minors.

Bringing a child? Plan for hands-on supervision. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult in the visiting room.

Banned Items

Dress conservatively. Proper attire is required to enter the visiting room, so choose clothing that won't draw attention or cause delays at check-in.

Note: Visiting officers have the final say on what counts as proper attire. If you're unsure about an outfit, change before you go. It's not worth the risk of being turned away.

For an on-site visit, park in the visitors parking lot. Head to the building marked "Stark County Jail" on the east side of the Administration building.

  1. Confirm your visit is scheduled: Make sure your time is set in ICSolutions.com at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Grab your photo ID: Bring proper, not expired photo identification.
  3. Leave early: Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so you can register.
