How to Contact an Inmate at Facility

Visits at Stark County Jail run Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 8:00am to 11:00am and 12:00pm to 4:00pm. No evenings, no weekends. Plan around the facility's schedule. Each inmate gets one 30-minute visit per week, so treat it like a weekly appointment. Keep your group small, too. Only two visitors are allowed per visit, and that count includes minors.

Note: You must schedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance. On the day of the visit, arrive 10 minutes early to register with a valid photo ID.

You'll schedule your visit through ICSolutions.com. Pick an available day and time, then plan your trip around that slot. If you skip this step and just show up, expect to be turned away.

IARP program visits: If the inmate is enrolled in the IARP program, visitation times may differ from the standard schedule. Call inmate visitation at 330-451-1360 to get the exact visit time.
