Your order won't ship right away. ADOC requires Union Supply to get facility approval first, which takes about two weeks. After approval, the package ships and typically arrives at the facility roughly two weeks from when you placed the order.
For the July 22–August 21, 2025 ordering period, Union Supply expects deliveries to reach ADOC facilities by September 26, 2025. Share that date with your loved one at Staton so they know when to expect it.
