How to Use Access Securepak to Send Packages to Someone at Sutter County Jail

Sutter County Jail doesn't accept packages sent directly to incarcerated people - the mail room will return them. Instead, you'll order through Access Securepak, the jail's designated commissary package provider. The Sheriff's office calls it the "one stop shop" for sending commissary packages to people housed there (this has been in place since November 6, 2014).

1. Choose how you’ll place the order - You can order either online using the link provided on the Sheriff’s commissary page, or by phone.
2. Order by phone if that’s easier - Call Access Securepak at 1-800-546-6283 to place your order for Sutter County Jail.

Need to check on your order? Call 1 (800) 546-6283. According to the Sheriff's commissary information, automated order status is available 24 hours a day.

For customer service (not just automated status), call during business hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, or Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PST.
