No bank account? Prefer to pay with cash? ConnectNetwork's Walk-In Retail option works for both. You start the deposit online, get a Pay Slip sent to your email or phone, then take that Pay Slip and your cash to a participating store to complete the payment.
Good to know: ConnectNetwork says Walk-In Retail cash deposits are available at about 26,000 locations nationwide, including major chains like Walmart, ACE, Kmart, and Kroger.
- Sign in to your ConnectNetwork account - Use the website or the ConnectNetwork mobile app.
- Choose your deposit type - Pick the kind of deposit you’re trying to make.
- Select “Walk-In Retail (pay by cash)” - This is the Form of Payment you’ll choose when you’re planning to pay in cash at a store.
- Use the store locator - During setup, look up the closest participating retailer so you know where you’ll take your Pay Slip and cash.
Enter the amount you want to deposit, then provide your contact info - an email address, mobile number, or both - so ConnectNetwork can send your Pay Slip. Review everything, hit submit, and your Pay Slip arrives by email or text.
Tip: Double-check your email address and mobile number before you hit Submit - if they’re wrong, you may not receive your Pay Slip.
- Find a participating store - Use the ConnectNetwork store locator to choose a retail location that accepts Walk-In Retail payments.
- Bring your Pay Slip and cash - You’ll need the Pay Slip you received by email or text message, plus the cash you plan to pay.
- Tell the cashier you want to make a payment - Hand the cashier your Pay Slip so they can pull up the transaction.
- Pay in cash and collect your receipt - Once you pay, the store should give you a receipt for your records.
Hold onto your paperwork: Keep your Pay Slip and the store receipt until the deposit shows as completed.
