How to Set Up Phone Calls from Three Lakes Valley Conservation Camp (TLVCC)

To receive phone calls from someone at Three Lakes Valley Conservation Camp (TLVCC), you'll need to set up an AdvancePay prepaid calling account through ViaPath (ConnectNetwork). Once your account is created and funded, calls won't fail or get cut off due to insufficient balance when your loved one tries to reach you.

Calls from TLVCC may show up on your caller ID as 702-899-3202. Save that number in your contacts (and make sure it isn’t blocked) so you can recognize the call when it comes through.

Step1 Create Account

  • Go to ConnectNetwork.com
  • Click Create Account
  • Confirm your age by entering your date of birth, then select Confirm Age
  • Enter your account information and submit
  • If you’d rather set things up by phone, you can use ViaPath’s automated system at 1-800-483-8314

Note: NDOC uses ViaPath/ConnectNetwork for calling and billing at TLVCC. Setting up an AdvancePay/ConnectNetwork account is the first step for receiving calls.

Step2 Fund

  • Make an AdvancePay deposit online through ConnectNetwork.com
  • Add money using the ConnectNetwork mobile app
  • Fund by phone through ViaPath’s automated system at 1-800-483-8314
  • Use a ViaPath-installed kiosk (where available)
  • Make a deposit through Western Union
  • Mail a check or money order payable to ViaPath AdvancePay to: AdvancePay Service Dept., PO Box 911722, Denver, CO 80291-1722
  • If you’re paying by card, ViaPath accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards

Mailing a check or money order? Send it to AdvancePay Service Dept., PO Box 911722, Denver, CO 80291-1722. Keep in mind that mailed payments take longer to post than online, app, or phone payments. If you're trying to be ready for a first call quickly, go with a faster deposit method to avoid missed connections.

Phone calls from TLVCC go through ViaPath/ConnectNetwork. AdvancePay is the prepaid option most families use to ensure calls connect to cell phones or landlines. The key: have your account set up and funded before your loved one calls.

  1. Watch for the TLVCC caller ID - calls may appear as 702-899-3202.
  2. Answer and follow any automated prompts - the system may walk you through accepting the call.
  3. Keep your AdvancePay account funded - calls are tied to your prepaid balance, so topping up ahead of time helps prevent interruptions.

Think your number might be blocked? The unblock process is strict - only the person the phone number is registered to can remove the block. That person needs to call 800-483-8314.

  • Don’t try to make a 3-way call
  • Don’t try to transfer the call
  • Don’t put the incarcerated person on hold
  • Don’t use or answer call waiting during the call
  • Don’t press touch-tone keys during the call (on either phone)
  • Don’t pause the conversation for any length of time (even short silences can disconnect the call)

Phone rules vary by NDOC facility. TLVCC may have specific limits on call length, calling hours, number of calls, or monthly minutes allowed. Certain phone numbers might be restricted. Calls may also be monitored or recorded, and some individuals can lose phone privileges temporarily or permanently. Running into problems? Contact TLVCC directly to confirm current restrictions.

Tip: For NDOC trust deposits, the Automated Payment System number is (888) 428-1845.
