Tipton Correctional Center Visiting Hours and Arrival Checklist

Tipton Correctional Center’s morning visiting session runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:30am to 1:30pm. If you want the earliest option, this is the session to plan around.

An afternoon session is also available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm. Can't make the morning? This later block covers the same days.

Arrival Parking Rules

• ✓ Arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the visiting session starts. If you show up too early, you may be told to wait off-site until the allowed window.
• ✓ Plan for first-come, first-served entry. Being within the allowed arrival window helps, but your place in line still matters.
