You can use Inmate Canteen to buy commissary goods for someone at Todd County Detention Center when direct item purchases are available. At times, the facility allows only online deposits so the person in custody can purchase their own commissary locally. To buy items, register or log in to Inmate Canteen, then select Kentucky, Todd County Detention Center, and the recipient. When direct purchasing is available, choose “Purchase Commissary Items” and follow the on-screen prompts. The maximum spend for commissary item purchases is $125.
