Still have a balance in a Securus Advance Connect Friends & Family account from before the switch to ICSolutions? That money won't transfer over automatically. You'll need to contact Securus directly and request a refund (1-800-844-6591).

At Vienna Correctional Center (IDOC), there are two ways to fund phone calls. First, you can create a Friends & Family prepaid account through ICSolutions and add money to it. This pays for calls you receive. Second, you can deposit money into the individual's trust account so they can purchase phone minutes through commissary.

Steps to Follow

  • Decide whether you are funding an ICSolutions Friends & Family prepaid account (you pay for the calls you receive) or adding money to the individual’s trust account (they buy minutes through commissary).
  • Gather the details you will be asked for (the individual’s identifying information, and any account information required for the option you choose).
  • Complete the payment through the correct channel for that option (ICSolutions prepaid account funding, or a trust account deposit).
  1. Request a refund from Securus if you have an old balance. Advance Connect Friends & Family funds do not transfer to ICSolutions automatically, so you must contact Securus to get that balance refunded (1-800-844-6591).
