Two Facilities, One County: Where Your Loved One Might Be Held in Wake County

Wake County runs two adult detention facilities, which is why you might hear two different addresses when trying to locate someone. The Wake County Detention Center sits at 3301 Hammond Road in Raleigh. The second facility is the John H. Baker Jr. Public Safety Center at 330 S. Salisbury St. in Raleigh.
