The rule at WCDC is straightforward: inmates get one 15-minute non-contact visit per week. That's it. With such a short window and a weekly limit, timing and preparation matter - especially if you're traveling from out of town or bringing family.

WCDC doesn't restart the clock if you arrive late. Show up with less than 15 minutes left in the allotted timeframe, and your visit gets cut short by however late you are. Visitation also ends promptly at the listed times - even if you're already checked in, the visit wraps up when the schedule says it does.

Arrival cutoffs to protect your visit time: WCDC advises arriving no later than 9:30 a.m. for female visitation, 2:30 p.m. for male visitation, and 3:30 p.m. for protective custody (PC) visitation. Also plan around the schedule: 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. is reserved solely for PC visitation.

Expect non-contact visitation. Due to COVID-19 concerns, contact visits for inmates at the Restricted Custody Center remain suspended until further notice. Those inmates follow the same non-contact guidelines as everyone else.
