Visitation at Western Kentucky Correctional Complex is held on Saturdays or Sundays, rotating monthly between the WKCC Compound (male population) and the Ross-Cash Center (female population). No appointment is needed, and each inmate may have up to two adult visitors at a time. Minors on the inmate's approved visitor list may visit with a parent or legal guardian, or with notarized permission. Meritorious housing and Ross-Cash visitation runs 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., while non-meritorious housing runs 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Plan to arrive around 6:30 a.m. because no visitors are processed after 9:00 a.m. Enter through the gate next to New Bethel Church on US Highway 641 and park in the designated lower lot (handicapped parking is available). Inside, you can only bring an ID, a debit card (vending only), and a vehicle key. Cash is prohibited. Dress code is enforced at staff discretion, and schedules can change.

Western Kentucky Correctional Complex uses Securus Video Connect for attorney and public-official video sessions. To get started, create a Securus Online account and complete the sign-up process, which includes submitting a self-image, a driver's license photo, and a bar license photo. Each attorney video visit costs $5 for up to 25 minutes, and these sessions are not monitored or recorded by facility staff. If you need an in-person legal visit, contact the facility directly to schedule one. For attorney phone calls, register your phone number with Securus and request that it be marked as private to prevent recording. Family and friends typically set up accounts and schedule through the facility's approved communications vendor rather than the facility itself.
