Putting Money on an Inmate's Account at WCC: All Your Options and Lobby Hours

Want to add money to someone's account at WCC? You've got three options: the in-person kiosk in the Public Lobby, a phone deposit, or an online deposit. Here are the accepted bill denominations and Public Lobby hours so you can plan ahead.

The kiosk machine in WCC's Public Lobby lets you deposit money into an inmate's account in person. If you're already heading to the facility, it's the quickest way to handle it on the spot.

If you plan to use the Public Lobby kiosk, bring bills in the denominations it accepts: $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100.

Can't make it to the lobby? You can deposit by phone through Access Secure Deposits at (866) 345-1884.

Online deposits are another option through inmatedeposits.com. This is often the easiest route if you'd rather skip coordinating a lobby visit.

The WCC Public Lobby is open for deposits and pickups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Plan around these windows so you don't make an extra trip.

Court property drop-off has a narrower schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If that window doesn't work, you can schedule an appointment through Intake at (413) 730-6840.
