How to deposit funds, commissary, and payment options
You can deposit money for an inmate at Western Mass Recovery Health Center using the Public Lobby kiosk, which accepts $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 bills. Lobby deposit and pickup hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (court property drop-off follows the same Mon/Wed/Fri schedule). For a remote option, WCC accepts deposits through Access Secure Deposits by phone (toll-free) or online at inmatedeposits.com. If you visit the Public Lobby in person, plan to store personal items in the coin-operated lockers or leave them secured in your vehicle. Belongings aren't allowed past the Public Lobby area. Have the inmate's name and register or commitment number ready before you go.
