The maximum file size is 5120 KB. If your upload fails, try resizing the image or saving it at a lower quality.
Even if your photo meets JailATM's technical requirements, Wood County Jail may block images based on its own content rules. A rejection doesn't always mean the file was too big or the wrong format.
Messages expire 14 days after they're read. If there's anything important, save it somewhere else before it disappears.
