To message someone at Wood County Jail through JailATM, you need to enable a JailATM Messaging Subscription. This subscription is required to send messages and to open any collect messages you receive.
When you turn on the Messaging Subscription, JailATM adds $5.00 in messaging credits to your account. Your messages draw from these credits, so enabling the subscription gives you a small balance to start with.
JailATM accepts these image formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. If your picture is in a different format, convert it before trying to send.
The maximum image file size is 5120 KB. If your upload fails or won't attach, resizing the image to stay under 5120 KB is usually the quickest fix.

Messages don't last forever. JailATM messages expire 14 days after they're read, and once they expire, you can no longer view them in your account.
