Yuma County Detention Center's Video Visit System: What Families Need to Know

Video visits at Yuma County Detention Center work a bit differently than most jails — since 2020, all visits are video-only. No in-person visitation. Once you know which service runs the system and who to call when things go sideways, scheduling becomes straightforward.

Yuma County Detention Center's Video Visit System: What Families Need to Know

Yuma County Detention Center switched to video-only visitation in 2020. You won't be able to schedule an in-person visit. The silver lining? You can connect remotely instead of making the trip to the jail.

Video visits run through Combined Public Communications (CPC), also known as InmateSales. To get started, create an account at www.inmatesales.com. If you hit a snag during setup, contact CPC directly for help.

Vendor help: Combined Public Communications (InmateSales) can be reached at (877) 998-5678 or 1-702-829-3001. The same vendor also supports services like inmate email and tablet messaging through InmateSales.

Having account or technical issues? Start with vendor support. Combined Public Communications (InmateSales) is available at (877) 998-5678 or 1-702-829-3001. For email support through InmateSales, the 1-702-829-3001 line operates Monday through Friday 8 AM–12 AM (ET) and Saturday 10 AM–9 PM (ET).
