Yuma County Detention Center uses Access Securepak for commissary packages. You can order online or by phone. The website is available 24/7, which makes it the easier option if you're juggling a busy schedule. Prefer talking to someone? Call Access Securepak at (800) 546-6283.

Phone orders are taken Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM MST, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST. They're closed on major holidays, so plan ahead during holiday weeks or just use the online option.

Online orders accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Have your card ready before you start - it'll speed up checkout and keep you from timing out mid-order.

Commissary deliveries happen once a week, not daily. Orders arrive at the Detention Center every Thursday, so think in weekly cycles when planning your purchase.

Note: Each order includes a processing fee, and the amount can change. Place your order early in the week to line up with Thursday delivery and avoid last-minute surprises.

Not every inmate can receive Access Securepak packages. Eligibility depends on housing classification and other factors, so check before you spend time building a cart.

Even when someone can receive packages, their classification may limit what items are allowed. If certain products aren't available or won't go through at checkout, classification restrictions are usually why.

Access Securepak charges a processing fee on each order, and the amount can change. Check the current fee before placing your order so you're not surprised at checkout.
