To visit someone at Chickasaw Correctional Facility, the inmate has to start the process—they'll send an Application for Visiting Privileges to the people they want to see. MDOC doesn't provide visitation forms online or by email/mail. Each inmate can keep up to 10 approved visitors, with the list reviewed annually. Immediate family members stay on the list unless the inmate removes them. On visit day, no more than five visitors (including children) can visit at one time. Anyone 18 or older must show a valid photo ID and complete check-in procedures. Follow MDOC dress and property rules—leave wallets, purses, and cell phones locked in your vehicle. Rule violations can end a visit or result in denial, so confirm you're approved before traveling.
