Arrange Travel or Release Items for Someone at Cibola County Correctional Center

Under ICE’s facility guidance updated August 6, 2026, a detainee at Cibola County Correctional Center may receive items determined necessary solely for travel or release from agency custody, with approval from the ICE Deportation Officer. This permission is limited to those necessities, not ordinary gifts or general care packages.
Detainees being removed from the United States are allowed one small piece of luggage. If the person you are helping does not have that baggage, you may send or deliver it after receiving approval from the Supervisory Deportation Officer.
Electronic devices will not be accepted for security reasons. These include cell phones, electric razors, laptop computers and radios.
