How to Contact an Inmate at Deerfield Correctional

Deerfield Correctional offers video visitation two ways. At-home Video Visitation lets you connect using a home computer, tablet, or Android smartphone. Don't have the right tech? You can also visit through in-person Visitor Centers.

• ✓ If you are visiting from home, be logged into the GTL system 15 minutes before your visit starts.
• ✓ If you are using an AFOI Visitor Center, arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled visit time.

For video visitation, visitors age 18 or older must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Registration also needs to match your legal name, so take an extra moment to make sure the name on your account matches your identification.

Phone calls go through ConnectNetwork by Global Tel*Link (GTL). Keep privacy in mind: calls are recorded and monitored. The one exception is properly verified attorney calls, which are not recorded the same way.
