Franklin County has four Keefe commissary kiosks spread across its two facilities, all accessible around the clock. Two are at the James A. Karnes Corrections Center, and two are at Franklin County Corrections Center II.

  • James A. Karnes Corrections Center (2551 Fisher Road): Two Keefe kiosks located in the front lobby.
  • Franklin County Corrections Center II (2460 Jackson Pike): One Keefe kiosk at the visitor entrance on the north side.
  • Franklin County Corrections Center II (2460 Jackson Pike): One Keefe kiosk at the visitor entrance on the south side.

All four kiosks are open 24/7, which is helpful if you work odd hours or can't visit during regular business times. You can pay with cash or card. Expect a handling fee on every deposit. The fee amount depends on your payment method and how much you're sending.

  1. Find the right kiosk - Use the front lobby kiosks at James A. Karnes Corrections Center (2551 Fisher Road), or the north-side or south-side visitor entrance kiosks at Franklin County Corrections Center II (2460 Jackson Pike).
  2. Enter the recipient’s information - Follow the on-screen prompts to look up the person you are sending money to.
  3. Choose your deposit amount - Pick how much you want to add for commissary.
  4. Pay and finish the transaction - Complete the payment at the kiosk and keep your receipt.
  5. Use the online option if that is easier - You can also make deposits online through Access Corrections if you cannot get to a kiosk.

Online option (Access Corrections): For either Franklin County facility, select “Franklin County Jail, OH,” then enter the recipient’s full name or Sheriff’s Office ID. You will also need to create an account and verify your phone number, email, and address.

Kiosk deposits max out at $300 cash per recipient per day. If you're planning multiple deposits for the same person, keep that daily cap in mind so you don't waste a trip.

Reminder: Handling fees apply to all commissary deposits. The amount varies based on your payment method and deposit size.
