IDOC switched its video visitation service from GTL to ICSolutions for most facilities (ATCs are the exception). At Graham Correctional Center, video visits run through ICSolutions - not GTL.

Schedule online only: All video visits must be scheduled through the ICSolutions website - don’t call the facility to schedule a video visit.

Download the ICSolutions visitation app before your first visit. It works on Windows computers, Android devices, and iOS devices (iPhone or iPad). Test it ahead of time - you don't want to troubleshoot connection issues when your visit is about to start.

Head to the ICSolutions website to create your account and schedule visits. Don't call the facility - everything is handled online.

  • ✓ Plan around the one-visit-per-day limit for the person you’re visiting so you don’t accidentally schedule on a day they already have a video visit.
  • ✓ Spread visits out to fit the two-visits-per-week cap for the person you’re visiting.
  • ✓ Coordinate with other family members so you’re not competing for the same limited visit slots in the same week.
  • ✓ If multiple people want to join, decide ahead of time which approved visitors will participate so you stay within the allowed visitor count.

The person you're visiting can only receive one video visit per day. Even if different visitors want to connect separately, only one visit per day is allowed.

For people in general population or protective custody, up to three approved visitors can join a single video visit. Planning a family call? Keep your group to three.

There's also a weekly limit: two video visits per week. This cap applies even for people in restrictive housing - those visits count toward the same weekly total.
