How to Submit Feedback or Report Mistreatment at IAH Polk
You can send routine comments about services to the Houston Field Office Director or use an official misconduct channel if you feel an ICE or contract-services employee mistreated you.
Use the ordinary feedback process to comment on services provided to people in custody, their families, friends or official representatives. This includes concerns that service fell short as well as recognition that service met or exceeded your expectations.
