Jackson County Detention switched to video-only visitation on November 19, 2018—both on-site and remote visits now run through this system. To schedule, register at videovisitanywhere.com or download the Securus Video Visit App, then submit your email, a photo, and a government ID. You'll get a confirmation email with a PIN. For on-site visits, enter that PIN at the visitation monitors in the jail lobby. Remote video visits run 8:00 AM–5:30 PM and 6:00 PM–9:30 PM. On-site video visits are available 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday through Friday. All visits are capped at 30 minutes. Expect screening—ID checks, metal detectors, possibly a frisk search. Follow staff instructions, or your visit may be cut short.
