ADCRR is moving incoming personal mail to a digital platform starting December 15, 2025. After that date, you'll need to send personal mail to ADCRR's centralized Digital Mail Processing Center in Texas. Staff there will sort and scan it, then deliver it digitally to the incarcerated person. Legal mail, parcels, publications, and official government mail are excluded from this change. From December 15, 2025 through January 15, 2026, mail mistakenly sent to prison complexes will still be processed and provided to inmates.
