MCCC has switched entirely to video visitation. Every visitor gets one free 30-minute video visit per week - no on-site visits available. If you want to see someone at Multi County Jail, you'll be scheduling through the video system.
Hours: Video visitation is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The booking window catches a lot of people off guard. You schedule Monday through Thursday for visits that happen Friday through Sunday. Wait until the weekend to try booking? You've already missed that week.
Deadline: Your free video visit must be scheduled before 2:00 PM on Thursday or it won’t be approved.

Visitors 18 and older need a valid government-issued photo ID. If you used an ID when setting up your reservation, bring that same one so your information matches.

- Try again while the booking window is still open - If something didn’t save correctly, go back to SmartJailMail and resubmit before the scheduling period closes.
