How Video Visits Work at Multi County Jail: Scheduling, Free Weekly Visit, and Lobby Kiosks

Multi County Jail has replaced all in-person visitation with video visitation, including one free 30-minute video visit per week. If you’re used to visiting in person, plan on scheduling and completing visits through the video system instead.

Free weekly visits can only be scheduled Monday through Thursday, and those slots are for Friday through Sunday. Plan ahead - if you want a weekend visit, don't wait until the last minute.

Video visits run from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. That's a wide window to work around jobs, school, or childcare.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you're 18 or older. Staff check IDs at check-in, and you won't get through without one.
