The ICE guidance says the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office contracts all communication with inmates through NCIC Correctional Services. For service information, use the county’s Visitation page or NCIC’s website instead of planning an in-person family visit.

The same ICE guidance separately allows in-person visits by legal representatives, consular officials and clergy. Legal representatives can schedule a client visit by calling 307-235-9521. That number is for attorney scheduling, not a friends-and-family appointment line.

Clergy may visit detainees at any time, but they must make arrangements beforehand with the Chaplain’s Office.

Consular officials may meet their detained nationals at any time. They are asked to arrange the visit in advance with the ICE Supervisory Deportation Officer to the extent possible and to bring appropriate credentials. That officer can be reached at 307-462-1602.
