Sending mail to someone at Pulaski County Detention: allowed items, exceptions, and mailing address

Include the incarcerated person's full name and inmate ID on the address line. Send mail to: Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, Inmate ID, Inmate Name, 500 Amity Road, Ste. 5B, PMB53, Conway, AR 72032.

Do not send money in the mail: Pulaski County Detention does not accept cash or checks in inmate mail.

Leave photos out of your letter. Pulaski County Detention doesn't accept pictures - not originals, not photocopies. Including any can get your entire mailing rejected and returned.

Skip publications and books. The facility no longer accepts magazines, newspapers, or books from publishers (including Amazon or Books a Million). The only exception is a soft-back Bible - details below.

Books can't be mailed in or brought in, with one narrow exception: a standard-size, soft-back Bible. Mark the outside of the package with "Bible" near the address. Without that label, it may be treated as prohibited mail.

You can send a soft-bound Bible yourself or have a publisher ship one directly. Either way, mark the package clearly so mail staff recognize it as the allowed exception.
