Call the Will County Video Visitation Center at 815-774-7950 to schedule your visit. They take scheduling calls from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm and again from 1:00 pm to 4:15 pm.
Timing matters: Schedule your visit 24 to 48 hours before your appointment - you can't book more than 48 hours ahead.
