- Property bonds are accepted Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm (excluding holidays) and require ownership documentation and signatures from all owners of record.

The property's equity must be at least double the bond amount. For bonds of $25,000 or more, a licensed attorney must complete a title search within five business days. Bring a $20 cash bond fee in exact change when you submit. Cash bonds can be paid by cash or cashier's check.
